With almost twenty years experience in the restaurant industry, I can show you how to building radical hospitality into your business will result in happier customers and staff, as well as increased profits.

I offer proven leadership training, organizational tools, service training support and guidance in short term trainings and long term assignments. I give clients an unwavering commitment to create and support a diverse range of customer service programs that will build business, improve staff morale, and have an immediate ROI.

I have worked with diverse array of restaurants including four-star fine dining, casual, boutique chain restaurants, and small culinary concepts. My consulting work has resulted in improved culture, well-trained staff, and excited leadership committed to the good, hard work of giving great service.

My restaurant clients include Ra Pour, Spice Table, Sotto Restaurant, Buddha’s Belly, and Luna Park (LA, SF, NYC).  Other clients include the beauty (boutique spa in Beverly Hills) and the fashion industry (a Hollywood Stylist). In my two decades in the food and hospitality business, I have had the pleasure to work with or train under industry’s leaders such as Nancy Silverton (Mozza), Suzanne Goin (Tavern) and Stas’ Kazmierski (Zing Train).

I bring hard-earned experience in customer service and leadership, passion for the food industry, creativity, and writing talents to each and every one of my clients.
